— WHAT WE OFFER

Choose the Course That Fits Your Life

BLS — Basic Life Support (Healthcare Provider)

Best for: Nurses, EMTs, physicians, medical students, dental staff, and clinical teams

Duration: In-person: ~4–5 hrs | HeartCode: online self-paced + ~1 hr skills session

The gold standard for healthcare professionals. Covers high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants, AED use, two-rescuer technique, and bag-mask ventilation. Available as a full in-person class or via AHA HeartCode — complete the online portion on your schedule, then book your in-person skills evaluation with us. We can come to your clinic or facility for the skills test.

Heartsaver CPR/AED — For the General Public

Best for: Parents, teachers, coaches, workplace employees, fitness professionals, community members

Duration: In-person: ~2.5–3.5 hrs | HeartCode: online self-paced + ~45 min skills session

You don't have to be a healthcare worker to save a life. This course teaches lay rescuers exactly what to do when someone collapses. Available as a classroom experience or through AHA HeartCode blended learning — finish the knowledge portion online, then complete a hands-on skills evaluation with us in person. We add the mindset piece your traditional CPR class skips: how to push through the freeze and act.

Heartsaver First Aid — Respond Beyond CPR

Best for: Workplace employees, coaches, teachers, parents, and anyone who wants broader emergency response skills

Duration: In-person: ~2–3 hrs | Can be bundled with CPR/AED

Cardiac arrest is just one emergency. This course covers the injuries and sudden illnesses most likely to happen at work, at home, or in your community — and what to do in the critical minutes before EMS arrives. Can be taken standalone or bundled with Heartsaver CPR/AED for full-day workplace coverage.
